How do I create my OneLoad Account?

You can sign-up for your own OneLoad account through Sign up Link on OneLoad website or from the OneLoad Android and/or iOS application available on Play Store and App Store respectively.

Internet Browser/iOS/Android:

  • Click on the “Sign Up” link, enter your mobile number and click on “Sign Up” again
  • Your account will be created and a temporary password will be sent to your mobile number
  • Use your mobile number as your login name and your temporary password to sign into your OneLoad account. Fill in the details required for first time sign in process.

Congratulations! Your account has been created. You can start using OneLoad service by topping up your account with OneLoad Balance.

What information do I need to create my account?

  • CNIC number: A Computerized National Identity Card Number is required for security purposes and password reset
  • Alternate mobile number: In case you forget your password we will reset your password and send it to this number
  • Email address (Optional): Provide a valid email address and we will use it for correspondence and password reset

How do I get “OneLoad Balance”?

Credit/Debit Card

Now OneLoad user can recharge OneLoad account using Visa or MasterCard Debit Card or Credit Card.

  • Login to OneLoad Web or App
  • Select Buy OneLoad option from the menu.
  • Enter the required amount you want to recharge in OneLoad account using MasterCard or Visa Credit/Debit Card and select ‘Purchase Credit’ button.
  • Enter your MasterCard or Visa Credit/Debit Card details here and select ‘Next’ button.
  • Select ‘Pay Now’ button at payment details confirmation screen.
  • You will be directed to Purchase Receipt screen on a successful transaction.

UBL OMNI

You can visit any Omni Dukaan in 650+ cities of Pakistan to add credit to your account. To locate the nearest Omni Dukaan click here

  • Please visit UBL Omni Dukaan with a copy of your CNIC, your mobile number (this is your OneLoad account number) and amount to be deposited
  • Please ask UBL Omni representative to use the “Bill Pay” menu for “Corporate Bill Payment” and select “OneLoad” or “EP Systems”. Please note the minimum amount is Rs 500
  • UBL Omni system shall process the Transaction by entering your information and taking the cash amount
  • Transaction confirmation will be provided through SMS alert and an electronic receipt. You can also confirm the credited amount by logging into your OneLoad account

BANK ALFALAH

  • Select OneLoad under Other Payments option
  • Enter the following details to Cash-In/Recharge your OneLoad account
    • Select the required bank account

  • Login to your Bank Account
  • Select Bill Payments form top menu
  • Select a Biller to get details of OneLoad account, if already added otherwise select Register Biller
  • Select Register Biller for the left menu
  • Select the required Customer from the Customers dropdown list
  • Select Internet from Biller Group dropdown list
  • Select OneLoad from Biller dropdown list
  • Enter the required Consumer Number (OneLoad Account ID)
  • Enter a Nick Name for the Biller
  • Select Submit to Register the Biller
  • Select Confirm on Register Biller – Verify screen
  • Enter you Financial PIN on Transaction Initiation Authorization screen and select Submit
  • Biller Registration Successful message displayed to the user
  • Now select the required Customer and Biller under Pay Bills and click Get Details

    • Enter the Transfer Amount (Amount must be between 200 and 100,000)
    • Select the required bank account
    • Select Ok to complete the transaction

Meezan Bank ATM:

  • Insert your Meezan Bank Debit Card in Meezan Bank ATM
  • Enter your PIN/Secret Code and select ‘OK’
  • Select the language you would like to use
  • Select Bill Payment under Transaction options in the main menu
  • Select Mobile Prepaid under Utility Category
  • Select OneLoad under Utility Company
    • Enter Consumer Number (OneLoad Account ID) to Cash-In/Recharge required OneLoad account and press ‘OK’ otherwise select ‘Clear’ to Reset the screen (Account Number must be of 11 digits)
    • Enter the required Cash-In/Recharge Amount and select ‘OK’ to complete the transaction otherwise select ‘Clear’ to Reset the screen (Amount must be between 200 and 10,000)
    • Select ‘Yes’ to make another transaction otherwise select ‘No’
    • Select ‘Yes’ to get a receipt for the transaction otherwise select ‘No’

Meezan Bank Over the Counter CashIn:

You can recharge your OneLoad account from any branch of Meezan Bank in your city, visit Meezan Bank Branch with your mobile number (this is your OneLoad account number) and amount to be deposited. Fill Cash Management Deposit Slip as follows

  • Enter 4 digit Branch Code in BRANCH CODE field
  • Enter the date (specified format) in DATE (DD-MM-YYYY) field
  • Enter your full name in DEALER / DISTRIBUTOR NAME field
  • Enter your OneLoad account number DEALER / DISTRIBUTOR CODE field
  • Enter your OneLoad account number DEALER CELL NO. field
  • Select Payment Mode, it can only be Cash or Meezan Bank Limited Cheque from PAYMENT MODE section
  • Enter the amount to be deposited in AMOUNT and TOTAL AMOUNT fields under PAERTICULARS section
  • Also enter total amount in TOTAL AMOUNT IN WORDS field
  • Sign the Deposit Slip over DEPOSITED BY field

You can recharge your OneLoad account from any branch of Standard Chartered, Silk Bank, National Bank, First Women Bank Ltd, FINCA Microfinance Bank or Apna Bank, 1Link member banks in your city.

  • Visit any branch of listed above 1Link member bank near you with your mobile number (this is your OneLoad account number) and amount to be deposited
  • Please ask the teller to select “Bill Pay” from OTC (Over the counter) payment system menu and select “OneLoad” as a service provider from the “Utility Company” listed under “Bill Pay” option and credit your account with required amount. Please note the minimum amount is Rs 500
  • 1Link OTC (Over the counter) payment system shall process the Transaction by entering your information and taking the cash amount

HABIB BANK OVER THE COUNTER CASH-IN

You can recharge your OneLoad account from any branch of Habib Bank in your city, visit a Habib Bank Branch with your mobile number (this is your OneLoad account number) and amount to be deposited. Fill Cash Management Deposit Slip as follows

  • Enter Branch Name in Branch field

  • Enter the date (specified format) in Date (DD/MM/YYYY) field

  • Enter Account Title in Account Title field

  • Enter Account Number in IBAN field

  • Select PKR from Currency options listed on the slip

  • Select Within City option from the options listed on the slip

  • Select CASH as payment option among the listed options on the slip

  • Enter the amount to be deposited in AMOUNT and TOTAL AMOUNT fields

  • Enter total amount in Total Amount in Words field

  • Enter your full name in Depositor’s Name field

  • Enter your OneLoad account Number Contact No. field

  • Enter your Computerized National Identity Card in Depositor’s CNIC No. field

  • Sign the Deposit Slip over Depositor’s Signature field

Submit the Slip and Cash to the Bank Teller. Transaction confirmation will be provided through an alert and you will get a copy of the Cash Management Deposit Slip.

How do I use the e-voucher codes issued through OneLoad?

To top up your air time you have to leave the destination number blank otherwise enter the destination number you need to send the e-Voucher. Prepaid Vouchers, or scratch cards are available for a fixed set of denominations (PKR 100,250, 300, 500, 600, and 1,000) depending on the telecom service provider. For Web and iOS you can top up for the respective service providers by entering the following codes in your phone and entering the “Call” button.

For Android devices you can top up your air time by selecting the e-Voucher code. The system will automatically dial your service provider and top up your balance.

Do I need to buy OneLoad balance for each Mobile company?

No! OneLoad Balance works as a single balance that can be used for buying e- vouchers, mobile load or Pre-paid broadband services. You can choose the denomination amount when you place the top up request.

Can I pay for my PTCL-EVO, and V-PTCL through OneLoad balance?

Yes. You can get e-vouchers for these services by selecting them from the menu and using the procedure below:

PTCL EVO:

Simply open the “soft phone” from your Evo Software and dial 1015. Press 1 after language selection to recharge your account. Enter your recharge voucher number. For quick recharge use this code; *1666*PIN#

What is “Transfer Balance”?

You can Transfer your OneLoad balance to anyone with a mobile phone number. You can share as much OneLoad balance as you like with your friends and family. The transfer is free of charge and is instant. The sender and recipient accounts are updated immediately.

Can I “Transfer Balance” to friends who are not registered with OneLoad?

Yes! If you send balance to someone who is not registered with OneLoad, they will receive a message with registration details. As soon as they register, they will see the sent balance in their OneLoad account. If they choose not to register in 72 hours, your balance will be credited back to your OneLoad account.

Can I get an e-voucher or Load for someone else?

Yes! You can enter the mobile number for your friends or anyone else. They will receive the e-voucher code via SMS. In case of mobile Load, the recipient’s mobile account will charged instantly.

Can I see my previous transactions?

Yes! You can go to Transaction History and by selecting a particular date range you will able to see the transactions that took place during those dates.

How do I change my password?

For changing password, select

“Account Setting” -> Enter new password -> Re-enter your new password -> select “Confirm Password”.

I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

Click on the ‘Forgot password’ link and enter the required details. A temporary password will be sent to your alternative mobile number and your email address.

My account is suspended, why does this happen?

Your account can be suspended if incorrect username or password is entered multiple times. Your account is only temporarily suspended.  It is reactivated after 30 minutes.

What is OneLoad’s refund and cancellation policy for Balance Recharge using Credit/Debit card?

This is the Refund and Cancellation Policy of OneLoad by EP Systems Ltd. Please read this policy carefully.

OneLoad Refund and Cancellation Policy:

OneLoad customer can use credit card to purchase OneLoad balance. If refund is required against a balance purchase, they can initiate the process by emailing at support@oneloadpk.com within 24 hours of the purchase. A refund request placed after 24 hours of purchase will not be entertained.

Refund for balance recharge will only be applicable for the requests where the user has not consumed the product in part or in whole. There is no refund for OneLoad balance which the user has purchase and consumed in part or in whole.

If a refund request is accepted, OneLoad will initiate a refund to the credit card and the cardholder will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on the card issuer’s policies.

In the event of cancellation request which comply with OneLoad’s published refund and cancellation policy, OneLoad will electronically refund cardholder for the net amount of the relevant e-Transaction after deducting the applicable cancellation charges.

E-mail cancellations must contain the following information:

  1. OneLoad Account ID,

  2. First name,

  3. Last name and

  4. Transaction ID.

You can find this information in Transaction History against the required transaction, the information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Also share your contact information so that we may contact you regarding order cancellation quires.

OneLoad reserve the right to amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes to this policy, will be notified on OneLoad Website, or by a blog post, by email, or by any method we determine. The method OneLoad chose is at our sole discretion.

We will also change the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Refund and Cancellation Policy. Any changes to OneLoad Refund and Cancellation Policy are effective as of this Last Updated date and replace any prior Refund and Cancellation Policies.

How can I generate income from OneLoad?

You can use OneLoad service to sell Prepaid Vouchers/Mobile Load and collect utility bills for your customers. On every transaction you will earn commission, and this amount will be added to your OneLoad retailer account as OneLoad Balance.

How do I create a OneLoad Retailer Account?

You can sign-up for OneLoad Retailer Account through the OneLoad website. Click on the “Sign Up” link for Retailers on the main page. On the new page enter the required information and press the “Sign Up” button again. A OneLoad Sales representative will coordinate with you for creating your retailer account. Following information is required for OneLoad Retailer accounts:

  • Name of owner
  • CNIC number
  • Mobile number
  • Landline number (If available)
  • Alternate Mobile number
  • Email address (If available)
  • Business Name
  • Business Address

How do I sell Prepaid Vouchers through OneLoad?

Selling prepaid e-vouchers through OneLoad is easy. You can do it by logging into your account from PC or Android/iOS application:

  • Click on “Buy e- Voucher”
  • Select the Mobile Service provider
  • Enter the required amount
  • Enter customer’s mobile number (if available) < A SMS will be sent to Customer’s mobile number>
  • Click on “Buy”, verify the transaction details and click Confirm.
  • The e-voucher will display on your screen and will be sent via SMS
  • Click on the “Print” Button to print the e-voucher number (If required)

  • Select 1Load from the screen
    • Enter Your Cell Number (OneLoad Account ID) to Cash-In/Recharge the required OneLoad account and press ‘Continue’ otherwise select ‘Main Menu’ (Account Number must be of 11 digits)

You can recharge your OneLoad account from any branch of Standard Chartered, Silk Bank, National Bank, First Women Bank Ltd, FINCA Microfinance Bank or Apna Bank, 1Link member banks in your city.

  • Visit any branch of listed above 1Link member bank near you with your mobile number (this is your OneLoad account number) and amount to be deposited
  • Please ask the teller to select “Bill Pay” from OTC (Over the counter) payment system menu and select “OneLoad” as a service provider from the “Utility Company” listed under “Bill Pay” option and credit your account with required amount. Please note the minimum amount is Rs 500
  • 1Link OTC (Over the counter) payment system shall process the Transaction by entering your information and taking the cash amount

How Do I pay Water, gas, electricity and landline bills through OneLoad?

Click “Pay Bill” button on the Mobile App or “Pay Bill” section of the web account:

  • Select the Utility company
  • Enter “Consumer ID” available on the bill
  • Click “View Bill” and verify details with the customer
  • Click ‘’Pay Bill’’ to complete the transaction

What is “Transfer Balance”?

Retailers can transfer their OneLoad balance to other OneLoad users including other Retailers & Consumers.

Can I see my previous transactions?

Yes! You can go to Transaction History and by selecting a particular date range you can see transaction that took place during those dates

How do I change my password?

For changing password, select

“Account Setting” -> Enter new password -> Re-enter your new password -> select “Confirm Password”.

I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

Click on the ‘Forgot password’ link and enter the required details. A temporary password will be sent to your alternative mobile number.

My account is suspended, why does this happen?

Your account can be suspended if incorrect username or password is entered multiple times. Your account is temporarily suspended, it will be activated after 30 minutes.

What is OneLoad’s refund and cancellation policy for Balance Recharge using Credit/Debit card?

This is the Refund and Cancellation Policy of OneLoad by EP Systems Ltd. Please read this policy carefully.

OneLoad Refund and Cancellation Policy:

OneLoad customer can use credit card to purchase OneLoad balance. If refund is required against a balance purchase, they can initiate the process by emailing at support@oneloadpk.com within 24 hours of the purchase. A refund request placed after 24 hours of purchase will not be entertained.

Refund for balance recharge will only be applicable for the requests where the user has not consumed the product in part or in whole. There is no refund for OneLoad balance which the user has purchase and consumed in part or in whole.

If a refund request is accepted, OneLoad will initiate a refund to the credit card and the cardholder will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on the card issuer’s policies.

In the event of cancellation request which comply with OneLoad’s published refund and cancellation policy, OneLoad will electronically refund cardholder for the net amount of the relevant e-Transaction after deducting the applicable cancellation charges.

E-mail cancellations must contain the following information:

  1. OneLoad Account ID,

  2. First name,

  3. Last name and

  4. Transaction ID.

You can find this information in Transaction History against the required transaction, the information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Also share your contact information so that we may contact you regarding order cancellation quires.

Refund and Cancellation Policy Updates

OneLoad reserve the right to amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes to this policy, will be notified on OneLoad Website, or by a blog post, by email, or by any method we determine. The method OneLoad chose is at our sole discretion.

We will also change the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Refund and Cancellation Policy. Any changes to OneLoad Refund and Cancellation Policy are effective as of this Last Updated date and replace any prior Refund and Cancellation Policies.
